If you are not delighted with your purchase, HALOBYSHOSHANA.COM gives our customers 7 days from receipt, to return or exchange your item (less Shipping costs) If you wish to return or exchange your unworn HALOBYSHOSHANA.COM merchandise you must first request a Return Authorization number (RA).

To receive a refund:

1. All merchandise must be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.

2. The merchandise must be in original packaging, in unused condition with label attached.

3. Send Email to, requesting a return authorization number. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges will be granted without a Return Authorization number.

No exchanges, returns, or store credit will be granted after 7 days of purchase date of receipt.

Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Bridal, special occasions & custom items are final sale and non Refundable or exchangeable.

REQUESTING AN RA (Return Authorization)

You will receive a reply with your RA number within 48 business hours. Please note RA numbers are only valid for 10 days. Items must be received within 10 days in order to be accepted. If an RA is received after the 10 day window the package will be refused and sent back to shipper.

All HALOBYSHOSHANA.COM merchandise must be returned with the tags attached, and the original invoice. will exchange it or credit your credit card used for the original purchase. When returning your items, we advise using an insured carrier, this will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that HALOBYSHOSHANA.COM cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.

If you wish to make a return or exchange to HALOBYSHOSHANA.COM please follow these four easy steps:

1. Make a copy of the original invoice.

2. Write the RA number on the invoice and on the front of the box and indicate on the invoice whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a credit on the credit card used for the original purchase. For exchanges, please indicate on the invoice what merchandise you would like in exchange.

3. Pack and seal you return securely and include the invoice.

4. Packages must be returned pre-paid. will not accept COD deliveries. All credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase.
